This notice summarises how The LLC Academy protects personal information processed through DigitalCampus and names our Information Officer.

2. Processing principles

We process personal information lawfully, for defined purposes, minimally, and securely, in line with the eight POPIA conditions for lawful processing. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

3. Operators (processors)

We use vetted operators for hosting, email, payments (PayFast) and AI-assisted marking (Anthropic API), under written processing terms.

We maintain a register of operators and, where processing takes place outside South Africa, ensure appropriate cross-border transfer safeguards are in place.

4. Breach notification

We will notify affected data subjects and the Information Regulator of security compromises as required by section 22 of POPIA.
