QCTO occupational qualifications require an external SETA/QCTO examination administered by the relevant body. Completing knowledge and practical components on the platform makes a learner eligible to sit that external exam but does not itself confer the qualification.

The training provider certifies coaching and skills programmes directly, in line with its accreditation.

2. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that any learner will pass an assessment, external exam, or obtain a qualification. Outcomes depend on the learner and on external bodies outside our control.
