Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and The LLC Academy. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts

Learner accounts are provisioned with the South African ID number (or email for individuals) and a default password that must be changed on first login. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the platform lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Course content is licensed for your personal learning only and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

4. Payments

Paid programmes are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) through PayFast and may follow a staged (e.g. 50/50) payment model. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Accreditation

QCTO qualifications require external SETA/QCTO examination; the training provider certifies coaching and skills programmes directly. See the Disclaimer for the limits of what we can guarantee.

6. Liability & governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The LLC Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected programme. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
