Intellectual Property

1. Ownership

The DigitalCampus platform, its software, design system and trademarks are owned by The LLC Academy. Learning content is owned by The LLC Academy or the training provider that authored it, or licensed from third parties.

2. Your licence

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for your own learning. You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell or create derivative works without written permission.

3. Your contributions

You retain ownership of original work you submit (e.g. reflections, portfolio evidence) but grant us a licence to process it for marking, accreditation and record-keeping.

Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or fair dealing; attribution is provided where required.

4. Infringement
