1. About this manual
This PAIA manual describes how to request access to records held by The LLC Academy in relation to DigitalCampus.
Requests for access to records must be made on the prescribed PAIA forms and are dealt with in accordance with the Act's procedures, timeframes and prescribed fees.

3. Records and how to request access
Requests must be made on the prescribed PAIA form and directed to the Information Officer. We will respond within the periods prescribed by PAIA.
Records held include learner and enrolment records, learning and assessment records, financial and payment records, and corporate-client records. Request and access fees are charged as prescribed by the PAIA regulations.
