Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid programmes, including the staged (e.g. 50/50) payment model and PayFast transactions.

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid programmes purchased through the platform and billed in ZAR via PayFast.
2. Staged payments
Some programmes are billed in stages (for example, 50% on enrolment and 50% at a later milestone). Each stage is for access and services rendered up to that point.
Where a programme is billed 50/50, the first payment is due on enrolment and unlocks the first half of the programme; the balance is due before the second half is released and before any certificate is issued.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cooling-off and refund eligibility depend on whether content has been accessed and whether accreditation processes have begun.
In line with the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel within any applicable cooling-off period for a refund of amounts paid, less the value of any content already accessed. Fees paid to external bodies (such as SETA/QCTO examination fees) are non-refundable once paid.
